Meet your Massage Therapist

My name is Allie Bernasek, and I am the owner and founder of Alpha Massage Therapy. As an athletic trainer, licensed massage therapist, and Army veteran, I have always been passionate about physical health and wellness.

I combine an extensive sports medicine background with a wide variety of massage therapy techniques in order to treat, prevent, and educate my Alphas and keep them performing at their best.

At Alpha Massage Therapy, we locate and work to fix the cause of pain instead of simply treating the symptoms. I believe that every body is capable of being pain free, and I am dedicated to decreasing your pain and increasing your physical capabilities.
